Annmarie has been an amazing realtor to work with. I was in the position where I had to move out of my current house and find a rental house pretty quickly within a very specific area and price range. While realtors I've worked with in the past tended to put their rental clients on the backburner, I never felt that way with Annmarie. She always responded to my messages or phone calls very quickly, and as soon as a house came on the market that was within the perimeters of what I was looking for, she contacted me right away so that we could go see it. Because of her attention and tenacity, I was able to get a property I love quickly and without any issue. She took all the worries and hassle out of what could have been a very stressful situation for me. I recommend Annmarie 100%, and I would have no hesitation using her again in the future.

This has taken some time and very tough to write, however please beware. She is a nice person but lacks the communication and depth to be a top tier realtor. We have bought and sold houses prior that was less painful then the experience we went through. She refused to listen to the type of house we wanted, constantly fought us, and kept telling us “this is basically what it is”. As a buyer you don’t and should not ever hear this is all you get. To me a good sales person is more of a solutions driven individual. When she would get frustrated she would not answer our calls, and respond back with I have a head ache and need to shut my phone off. They should bring more of a consultative approach. Well not here, definitely not here. Not only would she cut us off in mid sentence, she kept saying she is a closure (which she isn’t). When we would find a house we liked we would get a showing but right before the showing she would say “oh there is an offer”. Well after the 10th showing I had asked do you ever call other agents and if the houses had any interest in the last 30 days? She replied back WHY Would I do that? She never would send us listings we had to rely on the internet and doing the due-diligence ourselves. She works out of her house and averages less than 10 houses a year to be sold (in a hot market). We came across this tidbit of info the night be we asked her to step aside. When looking for a good realtor please ask them how many houses they have sold, please asked them their approach. Don’t make the mistake we made. I do wish her the best.

Annmarie told me, my house would sale fast, when we went overcomps for my neighborhood. when listing the house she said I need to go ahead and think of it as sold. I thought it was just realtor talk. She knows her stuff!!!! We were under contract in less then 7days! I highly recommend her and taking her advice in preparing your home for sale. If I ever move back to the Atlanta area, she is totally going to be my first choice for a real estate agent !!!

Annmarie did an amazing job helping me search for a condo. She was very good about describing the pros and cons for each place we saw and was very neutral when it came time for decision making to ensure it was the place I genuinely wanted. She also put the time in and fought to ensure all my requests were met. She is a fantastic real estate agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a place to live.

She treats you like a family friend and will do anything in her power to ensure you feel confident about what you want and what’s best for your family. I had less than 60 days to find and close on what I wanted and she came through 120%!
